ABOUT THE RELEASE
On the 7th of December 2018, the Estonian trio I Wear* Experiment will release Jupiterz, their follow-up to the award-winning debut album Patience.
The sophomore album, inspired by “The Great Red Spot” – a continuous storm for more than 200 years in the atmosphere of Jupiter, brings together the darker and melancholic side of the band.
“We had no intention to create a dark album, but when picking out song ideas, the darker ones just resonated with us so much more. The sounds and the lyric themes reflect the overall surrounding around us. It is a dark & messed up time we’re living in. Our experience has been that in difficult times this kind of music always brings such cathartic relief to the listener.”
I Wear* Experiment is Hando Jaksi, Mikk Simson & Johanna Eenma. Their debut album Patience was released in 2016 and won Debut Album of The Year Award in EMA.
The band has toured the Europe & Asia and performed at festivals like Positivus Festival (Latvia), Monsoon Festival (Vietnam), Zandari Festival (South-Korea) & Focus Wales Festival (UK).
